DAY 1:  Arrival and check-in  in  an estate in Urbino’ s Countryside.
DAY 2:  Breakfast and departure to the visit of the Jewel of the Renaissance in Central Italy:  Urbino. The Ducal Palace and historical center are the proof of Urbino’ s pivotal importance in Central-Italy Renaissance! In the afternoon come back to the estate. The wine experience starts with a visit of the estate and with its  12 hectares of vineyards  with white and red vinesIn the afternoon meeting with a wine expert. In a cozy atmosphere he will take you through different kinds of local wines like  Bianchello  and  Verdiccho.
DAY 3: 
Breakfast and discover the  medieval town of  Mondaino. The cheese makers of the ancient mill welcome you and show you how to make the  “ Fossa Cheese”   (a delicacy of this area) than the experience goes on with a food tasting. The  tour continues to  Gradara. It represents an extraordinary urban and architectural combination. Discover the tragic love story of Paolo and Francesca caught in each other’ s arms and killed by Francesca’ s hausband. In the afternoon the wine tasting is in a local  winery with 207 hectares of property. Meeting with the expert that will guide inside different flavors of wine and oil production! In the evening arrival at 4* Relais in Fano.
DAY 4:  Recharge your energy with a delicious breakfast. Beginning this days  to discover  Mondavio.  The fortress is the symbol of the town, then visit the historical workshop where the local cheese maker produces the pecorino cheese inside a tuff cave.  In the afternoon departure to the near village of  Corinaldo. It is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.  A medieval town, as demonstrated by the mighty historical walls and monuments. The next wine experience will be in  Morro D’ Alba  in an old winery-wine estate that produce wine over 150 years. Here you can taste  Lacrima di Morro d’ Alba  the red wine local production. In the evening arrival at 4* hotel in Sirolo.
DAY 5:
  Breakfast and recharge your energy discover by yourself the  Conero Natural Reserve. Which with its natural panoramic views and the unique rocky coast is a wonderful landscape of the Adriatic Coast. In the afternoon the tour continues with a wine experience  in a near wine to  taste the wine production of this area:  Conero and Rosso Conero. An expert will guide you into the winery and its cellars than you will guide among the flavours of their wine production. Come back to the  hotel in Sirolo. 
DAY 6:  Breakfast and discover the South Marche beginning in  Campofilone  at a  local pasta producerThe village is well know for  an ancient culinary tradition: the “ Maccheroncini” of Campofilone. Still today the Company is reproducing the same traditional process to make egg pasta as it was made in the past by the old ladies of the village. Here you have the opportunity to learn how to cook this kind of pasta with a local! Follow the cooking show you also have a brunch with a Maccheroncini and local products. In the afternoon transfer to a local winery near Ascoli Piceno. In this area the wine production is  ROSSO PICENO. You will be welcomed by an expert who will guide you through the vineyards and will tell you about the making process of the wine. After that a wine tasting with local products will be offered to you. In the late afternoon arrival in  Ascoli Piceno  and check-in at 4* hotel.
DAY 7:  Breakfast and discover the beauty of  Ascoli Piceno  by yourself. Ascoli Piceno, which many call a “ volume of art history to consult in the open air” , is no doubt a display of extraordinary wealth of monuments and styles dating back to different eras. However, Ascoli is also the “ town of the hundred towers” and white travertine. This material embellishes the central Piazza del Popolo, an open-air lounge in the historical downtown, which also hosts several jewels of local culture, such as the Ventidio Basso Theatre, the Municipal Art Gallery and the Cathedral. The Cathedral in particular is not to be missed for it features artworks by Carlo Crivelli. The local gastronomy specialties and pride of the wine and food industry in the Marche region are ascoli’ s stuffed olives and the “ vincisgrassi” , treats that one must absolutely taste. 
DAY 8:  Breakfast. End  of services.
